Isosorbide mononitrate may cause flushing of the face, dizziness, tachycardia, throbbing headache. Large doses may cause vomiting, restlessness, blurred vision, hypotension (which can be severe), syncope, and rarely cyanosis, and methaemoglobinemia, impairment of respiration and bradycardia may ensue.
Patient to seek medical attention immediately at the first sign if any adverse drug reaction shall appear.
